of 2210 sq.ft. which is surplus to their requirements to Huw
Owen Architects for a term of five years at a rent of £50,000
per annum together with a rent free period. George Trevor
& Associates and Sparkes Porter jointly acted on behalf
of Halcyon Days Limited and Hilbery Chaplin Porter acted on
