Atlantic Productions Limited have acquired an additional unit in the above building, G6, which comprises of 857 sq.ft. from the landlord Helical (Shepherds)Limited on similar terms to their lease on the 3rd floor on a lease expiring in August 2008 and a right to determine on 29th August 2006. This was agreed at £20 per sq.ft. exclusive of rates and service charge.
