The joint Liquidators on behalf of Bank of Credit &
Commerce International SA agreed a rent with their landlords
Royal Sun Alliance for a rent review dated 25th June 2001
at a rent of £500,000 per annum exclusive (£25
per sq.ft.) and a fixed service charge of £150,875 per
annum (£7.50 per sq.ft.) on a lease which expires on
24th June 2006. A variation was agreed to withdraw the tenants
rights to determine on the first and second floors. George
Trevor & Associates acted on behalf of BCCI SA (In compulsory
liquidation), and King Sturge acted on behalf of Royal Sun
Alliance. |
