UniServe Consulting Limited have taken part of the ground floor of approximately 610 sq.ft. from Donovan Data Systems for a term to expire in December 2007 outside the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. A rent to include rates and service charge of £47.50 per sq.ft. was agreed together with a rent free period.
