Industri Kapital Limited have let the centre part of the 7th Floor which is surplus to their requirements to Tuxedo Money Solutions who will occupy 3570 sq.ft. and pay a rent of £142,800 per annum exclusive for a term of three years with a three months and two weeks rent free period.
