London Market Claims Services Limited have let the remaining part of the 2nd floor to IHI Europe Limited who took a lease on 2635 sq.ft. of offices and 100sq.ft. of storage at a rent of £50,750 per annum for a lease until 28th September 2015 subject to an upward only rent review from 29th September 2010. Six months rent was payable from the commencement of the lease on 11th December 2006 after which there was a rent free period agreed until 24th November 2008.
