Hat Pin plc, has assigned its lease on 2nd floor of the above address to RPMC (Europe)Limited who have relocated from their premises at 29 Foley Street. The lease is held at a rent of £64,200 per annum exclusive (£32.36 per sq.ft.) subject to a rent review on 5th October, 2009 and expires in October 2014. A rent free period together with a contribution towards new carpets was also agreed.
