Industri Kapital Ltd have acquired the entire 7th floor, from Greycoat Ltd comprising 9438 sq ft at a rent of £51.00 per sq ft for a term to expire on 23 June 2017 subject to an option to determine on 23 June 2012 together with 500 sq ft of storage.

Industri Kapital Ltd have since let 2,400 sq ft on the South part of the 7th floor, that are surplus to their initial requirements at a rent of £53.50 per sq ft on a lease until 23 June 2007 with mutual options to determine from 24 June 2005.
