George Trevor & Associates
An independent private practice providing a very personal and efficient service to all clients. The firm commenced trading in June 1992 and specialises in commercial property dealing with acquisitions, disposals, lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals of shops, offices and restaurants.
We pride ourselves on the success we have achieved for both landlords and tenants with regard to rent reviews and lease renewals.

George Trevor - Director
George Trevor has earned his reputation as a tough but fair negotiator on behalf of clients since his early days with J Trevor & Sons and then George Trevor & Associates which he set up in June 1992. His experience in the London retail, restaurant and office markets extends over 40 years and covers lettings ,acquisitions and disposals.
Furthermore his experience in acting for both landlords and tenants in rent review and lease renewal negotiations is well known. He is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and for many years was on the President’s Expert and Arbitration panels settling rent review disputes between landlords and tenants. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of the Restaurant Property Advisor’s Society
